SKATELAND! 4th Quarter Incentive
FRIDAY, May 27th is our FINAL incentive trip of the year. We will be taking the students to SKATELAND on that Friday. The deadline to qualify for the end-of-the-year incentive was Tuesday, May 17th. Students must have NO Ds or Fs as overall grades, NO unserved detention time, and NO DRs for the 4th quarter.

IMPORTANT 4th Quarter DATES
TUESDAY, May 3rd is 6th grade Track and Field Day. Students will be eating a very early lunch from 10:20-10:50am. Homeroom teachers will pick up their class from the cafeteria and walk them directly outside to the High School track.

Money DUE for Centennial Musical
The $2.00 cost for the Centennial musical production of GREASE is due TODAY. However, some students are still unpaid — this is OKAY. Please send your child’s $2.00 with them to school NO LATER than THIS FRIDAY MORNING.

4th Quarter and CENTENNIAL MUSICAL
Fourth quarter is underway here at Jefferson Middle School. This means that we need students to be focused, still “timed-in”, and refreshed on their school materials. BENCHMARKS
Thursday and Friday, November 18th and 19th, will be our “benchmark” testing days.
What is benchmark testing? The benchmarks are a practice for the ISAT. It gives students (and teachers!) an opportunity to have a feel for what testing will look like and feel like come March of next year.

Important UPCOMING Events!
Wow! Congratulations! We have all made it through our first TWO FULL weeks of school! Yay! The students have been wonderful and teaching them has been such a joy for us.
