A few years ago, our grade level started planning incentives to reward those students who are always doing what they should be doing and honor them for being great!
Below is the schedule for the rest of the year. “Grade Book CLOSES” is when we will have the cut off for making the incentive or not. The student will have time until that date to get all of their missing assignments in and retake any major grades.
Our next incentive is scheduled for December 10th. The students will be allowed to bring mp3 players and other hand-held electronics. NO CELL PHONES! (sorry)
Requirements for ALL incentives are the following:
INCENTIVE for 2nd Quarter: Game, Movie, and Music Day!
INCENTIVE for 3rd Quarter: SKATELAND!
INCENTIVE for 4th Quarter MIDTERM: Coupons/Passes!
INCENTIVE for 4th Quarter (Final): SKATELAND!
We hope that ALL of our students will be eligible for these incentives. If not, students who do not meet requirements will be in “work rooms” with one or two teachers. This allows students to make-up missing work and take care of major grades before the grading period closes. We appreciate your support in encouraging our students and praising them for their success!
